Background Check Info

The Background Check process is a mandatory requirement by the leagues we service.  If you indicate that you want to officiate in our leagues by sending us an email at usaofficialsllc@gmail.com, then we will send you an email with the unique login.  Follow the instructions in the email to complete and pay for the background check.
